She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oates and Alice Oates of Sheffield, Alabama.; her husband John T. Jackson; her son Rodrick Jackson Sr.; and her siblings, John Oates (late Tracien), Andrew Oates (late Ella), Robert Oates Minnie Mae (late Marie), Alice Janet Oates, Amanda Mead (Edmond) and Patrick Oates (late Joyce).
She is survived by: her daughters, Bridgett Jackson of Florence and Cassandra Jackson (Reginald Ross) of Lambertville, NJ; and her brothers, Frank Oates (Gail) of Philadelphia, PA, Bruce Oates (Shelia) of Clemonton, NJ and Oliver Oates (Mildred) of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
