She is survived by: her children, LaVale Copper (Soyna) of Leighton, Bertram Cysko Cooper of Muscle Shoals, David Dennis Tommie, Donny Cooper (Penny) and Kasaundras Cooper; her grandchildren, Dayun Cooper, LaVale Copper, Jr. (DJ), Yasmir Reynolds, Donovan Cooper-Hawkins and Bianca Givan (Donovan); her great grandchildren, Jaidyn Cooper, Jeremiah Cooper, Kayley Cooper, Kali Cooper, Ryleigh-Belle Cooper, Rowan Cooper, Madilynn Cooper, Mayson Garner, Alexander Givan and MaKayla Williams; her siblings, Vernay Ross Bell of Akron, Mattie Humphries of Akron and Derrick Darby (Germany) of Berlin; her aunt Mattie Long; her siblings-in-law, Otha Lee Ragland and Alex Cooper; her sister Jacquline Phyer (Easter Pearl Asher) of Sheffield; and her godchildren, Robbie Vaughn, Timerria Thompkins, Vanessa Gamer, Christopher Neloms, Michael Davis and Yavetta Abernathy.
