He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Holland and O. M. "Polly" Holland. He is survived by: his wife Sally Holland; his children, Michael Holland, Jr. (Missy), Stacey Singletary (Clifford) and Chris Holland (Amber); his siblings, Jim Holland, Sr. and Diane Haddock; and his grandchildren, Chad Singletary, Kyle Singletary, Coy Paul Holland, Gavin Holland, Emily Holland and Andrew Holland.
