She was predeceased by: her husband Francis Walter Nelson (Frank); her son George Randy Nelson; and her grandsons, Richard Stanley Nelson Jr. and Michael Clayton Allen Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Rick Nelson (Kathy), Rusty Nelson, Roy Nelson (Rita) and Jan Nelson Allen (Mike); her daughter-in-law Karen Nelson (Florence); her grandchildren, Patrick Nelson, Michael Nelson, Brad Nelson, Blair Nelson, Amber Graves, Chad Nelson, Tyler Nelson and Maggie Allen; her great grandchildren, Zac Nelson, Katie Nelson, Aubrey Nelson, Annabella Nelson, Ellie Grace Graves, Wade Nelson, Claire Graves, Ruthie Graves, Sam Nelson, Andrew Nelson, Vada Nelson and Laynie Nelson; and her siblings, George Travis Hovater (Cynthia) and Florence (Doris Ann Hovater Yarborough). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
