He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webb and Joyce Webb; and his brother Butch Webb. He is survived by: his children, Chris Webb (Brianna), Michelle Wilkinson (Jake) and Amber Starks (Jeremy); his siblings, Tommy Webb, Linda Mann, Sandy Hester and Deanna Borden; and his grandchildren, Hayden of Alex, JT, Viviana and Everett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
