With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Spangler Pride Sr. (Sheffield, Alabama), who passed away on September 17, 2018 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his sister Nancy P. Williams; his son Jim (Sandra); his grandchildren, Jamie Pride of Sheffield and Jennifer P. Northrup (Parker) of Hoover, AL; and also Martha Narmore Pride. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers please make donations to the First United Methodist Church of Sheffield or of Florence.
