He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Brandon Franklin McCorkle, Christi Michelle Dixon (Shaun) and Kelli Renee Hodges (Jason); his siblings, Brenda Peters, Tommy McCorkle and James McCorkle; and his granddaughter Makynna. He is also survived by father and grandfather.
