It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eva Beatrice (Sheffield, Alabama), who passed away on September 8, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Nettie Love, Charles Reeder, John E. Woods and Ernest Woods Jr.; and her stepfather Henry Reeder.
She is survived by: her spouse Robert L. Doxie; her children, Barbara S. Ragland of Bolingbrook, Debra R. Doxie of Florence, Orlanda E. Patterson of Florence, Ricky L. Doxie (Christine) of Florence and Gerald L. Doxie (Annette); her siblings, Leonard Reeder (Angie) of Muscle Shoals, Robert Reeder of Matteson, Illinois, Martha Crawley of Syracuse, Henrietta Goodman of Syracuse, Delois Cannon of Syracuse and Geneva Robinson of Washington, D. C.; her aunts, Louise Tucker of Syracuse, Barbara Jones of Flint, Betty Smith and Louise Cooper; and her siblings-in-law, Howard Doxie (Jewel) of Saginaw, Michigan, Ester Mae Napier of Lima, Christine Livingston and Sarah Johnson. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
