She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Thomas Mayfield and Ethel Kennamore Mayfield; her husband Sonny Marshall; her siblings, Harold, Bud, Roy Allen Mayfield and Imogene Hudson; her grandson Todd Zills; and her great grandchild Jeffrey Ewing.
She is survived by: her sons, Kelvin (Sheila) of Prospect, TN and Chris Zills of Shelbyville, TN; her grandson Leon McCoy of Sheffield, AL; her daughter Kristy Dillard of Athens, AL; her siblings, Hoyt Mayfield (Virginia) of Trinity, AL, Roger Mayfield (Toni) of Town Creek, AL and Mary Cole of Tuscumbia, AL; and her grandchildren, Zack, Josh Zills of Vincennes, IN, Jessica Babbs (Rick) of Duggar, IN and April Bassett of Lawrenceville, IL. She is also survived by six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
