He is survived by: his father Jason Michael Muhlendorf; his stepmother Beth Byrd; his brothers, Jacob Mitchell Muhlendorf and Michael Brandon Muhlendorf; his son Adrian Grey Muhlendorf; the mother of his child Alexis Nicole Randolph; and his grandparents, Sallie Slaughter Muhlendorf and P. Ricky Gargis. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many, many good friends.
