She is survived by: her husband Thomas Ray Hayes, Jr.; her son Joseph Albert Caldwell; her mother Hazel Holden; her brothers, Bobby Holden and David Holden (Wendy); and her nieces and nephews, David Jr., Clifton, Nathan, Andrew, Lorrie, Vickie and Bethany.
