He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Pete" C. Lewis and Dorothy Goolsby Lewis; and his sister Debbie Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Bootsie" Lewis; his stepchildren, David A. Noles (Rebecca) and Tara A. McDonald (Calvin); his brother Ronny Lewis (Doris); his brother-in-law Shannon Richardson; and his granddaughter Haley Johnson (Justin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
