He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert L. Agee and Luddie Agee; and his brother Gene Agee. He is survived by: his grandfather Charlie Berryhill; his stepsons, Jimmy Smith (Shannon) and Jeffrey Smith (Stacy); and his siblings, Jerry Agee (Margaret) and Martha Williams (Ed). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
