He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane; his children, Mark Willingham (Janet) and Lisa Wilson (Russ); his grandchildren, Thomas Willingham (Chelsea), Olivia Hayes (Nick), Emily Wilson and Jack Wilson; and his siblings, Bryant Willingham (Vicki), Lee Willingham (Bee) and Kay Burton (Philip).
