She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Lansdell and Sue Lansdell. She is survived by: her husband Guy Carlsen; her children, Deena Johnson, Ashley Taylor (Nick), Chance Calloway (Stephanie) and Vernon Guy Carlsen (Cindy); and her sisters, Billie Sue Nuby (Glenn), Debra Carr and Angela Hamilton (Joe). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great- grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
