She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie C. Lewis King and W. B. King; her siblings, Arthur Montgomery King (Mon) and Maple King Little; and her grandson Aaron Hawkins.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Cole of Sheffield, Alabama; her children, Jessie Cunningham of Homewood, Illinois and Harry O. Ray (Annie) of Griffin, Georgia; her granddaughters, Valerie Hawkins of Homewood, Karen Hawkins of Chicago and Opal Ray (Coby); her great grandchild McKenzie Ray of Homewood, Illinois; and her friend Glenda Williams.
