He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Rowell and Florence Rowell; his sister-in-law Dana Waller; and his mother-in-law Maxie Milstead. He is survived by: his wife June "Judye" Milstead Rowell; his children, April Murray (J. T.) of Wilmer, AL, Jillean "Jill" Wiggins (Jeremy) of Wilmer, AL and Casey Rowell (Ashley) of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, Baylee Wiggins, Abigail Murray, Emma Wiggins, Simon Anderson Murray, Kate Wiggins, Cayden Rowell, Cole Rowell and Livy Rowell; and his siblings, Carolyn Driskell (Allen) and Ronald H. Rowell (Greta).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the New Home Baptist Cemetery Fund.
