She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Phillips, Sr. and Melinda Christine Phillips; her husband Robert Cecil Carroll, Jr.; her brother Melvin Phillips, Jr.; her sister-in-law Glenda Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Davina Carroll.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Wayne Carroll of Crestview, FL and Patrick Scott Carroll (Toni) of Semmes, AL; and her brother Daryl Phillips (Sheila) of Semmes, Alabama. She is also survived by seven granddaughters, thirteen great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews.
