He was predeceased by: his parents, Myrtle Driskell Eubanks and Claude Cortel Eubanks; and his siblings, Claude Michael Eubanks (Mike) and Jacqueline Dolores Eubanks (Sis). He is survived by: his wife Betty Janice Lane Eubanks; his daughter Paige Lane Eubanks-Barrow; his son-in-law John Barrow; his grandson James Whitney Barrow; his daughter Whitney Joan Eubanks Vittor; his son-in-law Barry Patrick Vittor; his granddaughters, Roselin Lane Vittor (Rose), Amelia Margaret Vittor and Kathryn Corrine Vittor (Kate); and his brothers, Gary Wayne (Sandy Eubanks), Charles Ray (Chuck), James Earl (Jim) and Larry Grant (Donna Eubanks).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that charitable donations be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital or the charitable organization of your choice.
