He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Culp and Mildred Flurry Culp; his sister Irene Sparks; and his grandson Joshua Culp. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Culp; his children, Richard Cleveland Culp, Jr. (Maureen), Timothy Todd Culp (Angie) and Wendy Foster (Matthew); his siblings, Albert Lee Culp, Brenda Rawson and Gail Downing; his grandchildren, Rick, Payton, Avery, Zach, Harrison and Levi; and his great grandchildren, Lexie, Braden, Joshua and Maddilyn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
