He is survived by: his wife Terri Givens; his brothers, Chad Givens (Chang) and Dale Givens (Cindie); his sons, Phillip Givens (Jessica) and Matthew Givens (Kristin); his daughter-in-law Trish Givens; his niece Cortnee Cockrell (Daniel); and his grandchildren, Dayton Givens, Austin Givens, Caleb Givens, Cara Givens and Kerigan Givens. He is also survived by great grandchildren and many other family and friends.
