Fail Jr.; her children, Tracy Michelle Fail and Bryan Christopher Fail; her brothers, Wayne Looney, Lelton Looney Jr. "Mack" and John Larry Smith (Sue); her brother-in-law Pete Henries; her sisters, Flora Jean Pierce and Doris Tug Loper (Jamie); her grandchildren, William, Talea and Destin (Jacy); and her great grandchildren, Lillian and Liam. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
