He is survived by: his wife Verdella Whisenhant; his children, Cindy Roudabush (Larry), Valerie Anglin (Phillip), James Whisenhant, Jr. (Laurie), Denise Prine (Terry) and Daphne Bodiford (Lee); his grandchildren, Larry, John Thomas, Ashley, Bradley, Nickalas, Meagan, Jimbo, Allen, Bobbie Jean, Dacia and Haley; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Jack, Dominic, Greyden, Paetyn, Magnolia, Lukus, Ethen, Brayden and Brantley.
