He is survived by: his wife Diane Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips (Beth), Timothy Phillips (Melissa) and Kristie Phillips (Greg Hurn); his sister Margaret Bonones; his grandchildren, Theresa Curtis, Victoria Phillips, Taylor Spencer, Trevor Phillips and Cameron Phillips; and his great grandchildren, Mikey Curtis, Olivia Curtis, JJ Haygood and John Luke Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
