It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George R. Arnold (Semmes, Alabama), born in Swansea, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 24, 2018, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Claire Arnold; his parents, Harold Arnold and Florence Wilcox Arnold; his son Robert Arnold; his son-in-law Joseph Silvia; and his brother Franklin Arnold.
He is survived by: his daughters, Bonnie Silvia and Wendy Heaton (Stuart); his grandchildren, Melissa Silvia Anthony (Steve), Jonathan Silvia (Renee), Jennifer Heaton and Robert Heaton; his great grandchild Andrew Anthony; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Barrow and Florence Reid. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
