He was predeceased by: his siblings, George Smith, Clinton Smith, Dorothy Cummins and Louise Beech. He is survived by: his spouse Alice E. Smith; his children, Tim Smith (Kim) of Mayflower, AR, Terry Smith (Cassie) of Lowell, AR, Tony Ricchiuti (Lynette) of Andalusia, AL, Donna Wade (Michael) of Semmes, AL and Patti Ricchiuti Teofilo of Tillman's Corner, AL; and his brothers, Horace Smith of Chatom, AL, Jerry Lee Smith of Pascagoula, MS and Raymond Smith (Judy) of Prince George, VA. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many other family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Mr. Smith's honor to either the American Cancer Society or to the building fund at Crawford Baptist Church.
