He was predeceased by: his parents, Less Pierce and Mary Pierce. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Pierce; his children, Robert "Bobby" J. Pierce, Theresa Slaton, Dianna Pierce Gill and Linda Howard; and his sister Betty Wallace. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
