She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend W. B. Rigney and Lou Betty Rigney; and her significant other James Harvey Howard. She is survived by: her children, Renee' Gramiak (Rusty) and Keelan Howard (Sheryl). She is also survived by three grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and countless extended family.
