With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel J. Horgan III of Semmes, Alabama, born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacqueline T. Horgan (O'Neil) and Atty; and his grandparents, Anne of Lynn, John O'Neil of Lynn, Ellen of Lynn and Daniel J. Horgan, Sr. of Lynn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ann Marie Bayer of Hingham, Maureen Horgan of Marblehead, Eileen Chiavaroli (James Chiavaroli) of Norwell, James Horgan (Kathryn Horgan) of Milton and Patrick Horgan (Kathleen O'Brien) of Brookline; his nieces and nephews, Caitlin Bayer, John McKay of Salem, Melissa Bayer-Cauvin (Julien Cauvin) of Contes, Caroline Horgan of Milton, Jack Chiavaroli of Quincy and Teddie Horgan of Brookline; his great-nieces, Daphne Cauvin and Penelope Cauvin of Contes, France; his aunts, Catherine O'Neil of Lynn and Lenore Porter of Marblehead; and his close friend Sophie Grant of Semmes, Alabama.. He is also survived by his 14 first cousins and their spouses and children.
In lieu of flowers donations in Daniel's name may be made to St. Anthony's Shrine, Boston, MA.
