He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ralph, Becky Chestang and Howard Weaver. He is survived by: his fiancé Taylor Sellers; his stepdaughter Myleigh; his children, Bentlee and Mylo; his parent Joey Weaver (Tonya); his siblings, Bradley Weaver and Brianna Weaver; his nephew Caden; his niece Oakleigh Weaver; and his grandfather Tommy Brown (Patsy). He is also survived by Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
