She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kimmons and Elizabeth Kimmons; her husband Doyle Smith; her children, Kelly Lynn Brown and Michael Brown; and her siblings, Mary Garrett, Edward Kimmons, Talbert Kimmons, Katie Lou Lee and Annie Ruth Hall.
She is survived by: her son Rodney "Shorty" Brown (Patsy); her stepdaughter Laura Winkles (Kevin); her brother Ramond Kimmons; her granddaughter Kyle Lynn Neese (Zach); her great grandchildren, Leland Neese and Nolan Neese; her stepgrandchildren, Jordan Winkles, Crystal Harbin and Ashley Kee; and her close friends, Wayne, Carla Givens, Wesley, Samantha Givens, Ashley and Dane Ellison.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Seminole Baptist Church (32619 Browns Landing Rd, Seminole, AL 36574). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers may be sent to the church for the funeral or memorials may be made to St. Jude.
