He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Wayne Parker Jr. (Zelinda) and Melissa (Bill); his grandchildren, Adrienne, Addison, Bethany, Emma and Will; and his siblings, Katherine Lloyd, Norman Louis Parker II and Barbara Chamberlain.
