He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis Caver, Sr. and Dawson Daphine Little Caver; his wife Margaret Elaine Wilson Caver; and his siblings, Robert Caver, Ronnie Caver, Rosetta Arnold and Teresa Lynn Caver.
He is survived by: his sons, Ken Caver (Ann) and Scott Caver (Christy); his grandchildren, Eric Caver, Jessica Caver and Shannon Chappelle; his great grandchildren, Christian Chappelle and Caleb Chappelle; his sister Loretta Elmore (Chris); his sister-in-law Linda Powell; and his close friend Ruth Neighbors. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
