He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Huff; and his siblings, Emmett, Orbie, Ira, Calvin, Bennett, James, Anniece and Corrie.

He is survived by: his children, David Murry Huff and Diane Huff Pitts (Darrell). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 5 great-granchildren, nieces and nephews.

Willard was faithful as a husband for 70 years to his wife Jean and exhibited great gentleness in her valiant struggle with Alzheimers.
