Killingsworth; her daughters, Cara Cook (Scott), Michelle Leviste (Edmund) and Lisa Richardson (Greg); her stepchildren, Scoot and Dana DiDonato (CJ); her grandchildren, Alexis, Jacob-Mason, Mary-Kate, Ashleigh, Elijah, Kyle, Rocco, Payton, Gage, Collin, Jaxon, Makayla, Chase and Willow; her great grandchild Brooklyn; and her siblings, Terry, Debi, Jaimie, Lori, Sascha, Laura, Jennifer, Robin, Amber and Eddie. She is also survived by forty nieces/nephews and grand-nieces/nephews.
