She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Lee Moore Rayfield and Lucius Wert Rayfield; and her husband William Ray Parrish. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Huffman (Bill) and Andrea Cathey (Bruce); her grandchildren, Beverly Huffman, John Huffman and Joy Cathey; and her brother Lucius Rayfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Barrett Road United Methodist Church; 615 Barrett Road, Selma, Alabama 36701.
