He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sullivan; his children, Tommy Sullivan (Lisa), Michael Sullivan (Candice), Kimberly Herren (Daniel) and Ricky Wiggins (Lori); and his siblings, Johnny Sullivan (Kathy) and Susan Smelley (Nicky). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
