He is survived by: his spouse Marie Swindle; his children, Tommy Swindle (Betty Carol) and Teresa Smitherman (Craig); his sister Lorene Hill (Henry); his sisters-in-law, Betty Swindle and Joyce Swindle; his grandchildren, Christopher Swindle, Cory Jones (Rachel), Lauren Woodson (Ryan), Andrew Swindle, Robbie Weiese and Alex Smitherman; and his great grandchild Grayson Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
