She was predeceased by: her father Harry Duke; and her siblings, Jason Lawrence and Kalyn Duke. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Gordon, Elizabeth Gordon and Weston Nichols; her fiancé Westley Nichols; her mother Tammy Broadhead (James); and her siblings, Allen Jatko, Jr. (Courtney), Johnathan Duke (Keri), Dillion Kinard (Erin), Joshua Broadhead (Ashley), Jessica Edwards (Justin), Chrissy Smith (Sammy) and Lisa Broadhead.
