She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Greene and Sue Ann Furr. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly Caffey; her stepson Corey Lee; her children, April Dawn Day, Joseph Earl Helms and William Anthony Greene; her stepdaughter Kaitlyn Deanè Lee; her sister Cynthia "Cindy" Hartzog; her fiancé Maurice Lee; her nephew James Michael Hartzog; and her niece Melissa S. Hartzog. She is also survived by nine grandchildren.
