He is survived by: his son Preston Phillips; his parents, Bob Phillips and Pat Phillips; his brother Mark Phillips (Suzanne); his sister-in-law Alicia Phillips; his fiancé Kim Fisher; his friend Alan Roach; his nephews, Winston Bearden and Jamie Bearden (Maddy); and also John Tyler.
