He was predeceased by: his parents, Caroline Howard and Clemons Watts; and his sister Pricilla Jones. He is survived by: his son Roger Small (Tamise); and his nephew Albert Jones of Boston Massachusetts. He is also survived by five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren a host of nieces, nephew and loving cousins.
