He is survived by: his children, Teena Smith (Jeff), Diane Mullins (Jeff), Sonya McHaney (Scott), Tammy Frasier, James Smith (Wendy), Traci Pitts (Jonathan), Daniel Smith (Angie) and Charity Price (Kevin); and his siblings, Marie Vining (Jeff), Jerry Smith (Lisa), Mike Smith (Betty) and Ted Smith (Debrah). He is also survived by 26 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren.
