She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Raiford Heinz and Melvin Curtis Heinz; and her sisters, Ullma Elizabeth Heinz and Carolyn Heinz Knight. She is survived by: her husband William Milam Turner, Jr.; her children, Frances Elizabeth Turner and William Milam Turner III (Daneen); her grandchildren, William Milam Turner IV, George Edward Turner and Maryanna Frances Turner; her siblings, Mildred "Tutter" Heinz Lamb (Frank) and Melvin Curtis Heinz, Jr.; her nieces and nephews, Lynda Lamb Broxton (Ed), Turner James Barringer (Victor), Lamar Lamb (Jacinda) and Paul James, Jr. (Shana); and her brother-in-law Paul James. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, along with many Heinz cousins.
In lieu of flowers and if desired, memorials may be made to Church Street United Methodist Church, Homestead Hospice, Alzheimer's Foundation of America, or a charity of your choice.
