He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Richards and Ann Richards; and his brothers, Randall Richards and James Richards. He is survived by: his sister Sharan Dutton; his daughters, Stacee Rouse (Austin) and Kellee Richards Blackston (Chris); and his grandchildren, Owen Rouse, Everlee Rouse and Oakleigh Blackston. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
