He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dennis Small, Jr. and Hazel Briggs Small; and his son John Chandler (Chan). He is survived by: his wife Brenda Griffith Small; his grandchildren, J. C. Small of Camden, AL and Leanna Small of Camden, AL; and his siblings, William Dennis Small, III (Mary Ruth) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Joe Briggs Small (Pearl) of Prattville, AL, Rixine S. Jackson (Carl) of Camden, AL, Sharron S. Garzaro of Fairhope, AL and Merriann S. Diaz (Darrell) of Autaugaville, AL. He is also survived by 8 nieces and 4 nephews.
