He was predeceased by: his son Jacob Drake Lee. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Lee; his children, Jeremy Joseph Lee, Michael Justin Lee, Joshua Shane Lee, Jared Dustin Lee and Jessica Hope Lee Hughey; and his siblings, Donald Lee, Faye Waelde and Julia Dominach. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
