He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas V. Gaylor and Mary Lee Smith Gaylor; and his siblings, Mary Lane Gauthier and Tommy Gaylor. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hicks Gaylor; his brothers, William Gaylor (Jackie) and Dannie Gaylor (Patricia); and his siblings-in-law, Lennie Gauthier, Teresa Gaylor, Patsy McLean (Davy), Don Phillips and Glen Phillips. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
