He is survived by: his children, Beverly Palmer, Janice Brown, Teresa Freeman, Robert William Boutwell Jr., Christina Boutwell, Steven Boutwell and Amanda Boutwell; and his siblings, Patrick Boutwell, Michael Boutwell, Ricky Boutwell, Mark Boutwell, Jeff Boutwell and Hope Hill. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
