He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Robert Kelley; his children, Robert B. Kelley (Debra) and Robbie Lynn Mills; his grandchildren, Johnny Adam Wheatley (Heather), Nicole Smitherman (Stephen), Robert James Kelley, Heather Kelley and Debbie Kelley; and his great grandchildren, Emily Wheatley, Abbie Wheatley, Joey Breed, Hannah Gibson, Bella Williams and Adrianna Williams.
